The company has held the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) for several years and is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001, PED, and Safe Work standards.

Quality control is supported by a metallurgical laboratory, equipped with:

• Spectrometer for chemical analysis
• Microscope for microstructural analysis
• Instruments for molding sand testing
• Portable and bench-mounted hardness testers
• Radiometric device for incoming raw material inspection
• Optical pyrometer for cast iron temperature monitoring
• Ultrasonic equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT) of castings
• Integrated gamma spectrometer for radiometric measurements on metal samples, slags, and emission dust
• Dimensional inspection using optical scanning of the casting, with comparison against the approved raw 3D model (colorimetric report)
