SHOT BLASTING – FINISHING

For shot blasting of castings, the company uses different types of machines depending on the type of casting, specifically:

Vertical basket shot blasting machine “Banfi”
Tumble belt shot blasting machine “OMSG”
Horizontal line shot blasting machine (OMSG) with 8 turbines for small flat castings, ensuring flatness and a very fine shot blasting finish.

In the shipping department, there is also a vertical basket shot blasting machine used for re-blasting and final finishing of the castings.
